The consecration of the Right Rev. :lames Maguire, Coadjutor Bishopelect of Dunkeld, will take place in St. Andrew's cathedral, Dundee, on
Thursday, November 30, the Feast of St. Andrew.
The consecrating Bishop will be Mgr. John Toner, Bishop of Dunkeld, assisted by Bishop Bennett, of Aberdeen, and Bishop Mellon, Coadjutor Bishop of Galloway. The Archbishop or St. Andrews and Edinburgh will probably be the preacher.
This will be the second war-time consecration in Dunkeld; Bishop Toner himself was consecrated a month after Great Britain declared war on Germany In 1914. The Bulls of Appointment were delayed considerably owing to the war.
