Changes in French Hierarchy

It was announced recently from Rome that three important changes were made in the French Hierarchy just prior to the invasion of that country. Mgr. Clement Emile Rogues, Archbishop of Aix, was transferred to the Primalial Archdiocesan Sec of Rennes in Brittany. Mgr. Florent du Bois de La Villerabcl, Bishop of Annecy, succeeded him in the Archdiocese of Aix. Mgr. Jean Joseph Aime Moussaron, Bishop of Cahors, was appointed Archbishop of Alhi. These Archbishops are reported to have taken possession of their Sees in the latter part of June, but due to the general state of affairs, formal installation ceremonies were dispensed with.
