The Nazi occupying power in Belgium has issued a decree warning Belgians that they are liable to the death penalty if they listen in to British broadcasts, writes our correspondent, formerly in Belgium. The decree provides as an act of mercy an alternative of severe imprisonment and/or heavy fine.
