Bishop for the C.P.E.A.

Archbishop King. Bishop of Portsmouth and Secretary of the Hierarch). stated at Christchurch on Saturday that the Hierarchy at their October meeting appointed Bishop Beck of Brentwood to be Ecclesiastical Adviser to the Inter-Diocesan Council of the Catholic Parents' and Electors' Association.
The first C.P.E.A. was established in the Brentwood diocese on April 8, 1940.
