There was a great and warm welcome for the Papal Nuncio, Mgr, Ettore Felici, Archbishop of Corinth on Saturday last. All the bells in Dublin were ringing as he drove up to the Pro-Cathedral for his liturgical reception.
There was a vast crowd in the streets outside to cheer him and to receive his blessing. He is the second Papal Nuncio to Ireland. It will be remembered that his predecessor, Mgr. Paschal Robinson, 0.F.M.. Archbishop of Tyana, died last year.
