Singer baptises baby in church

SINGER Charlotte Church has baptised her baby daughter in a Catholic church.
The Welsh classical and pop musician had nine-month-old Ruby Megan Henson was baptised at a ceremony at St Mary of the Angels Church in Cardiff.
Miss Church, who has sold 10 million albums, is pregnant with her second child byrugby player Gavin Henson. She was raised a Catholic by her mother and stepfather and had her first break when she sang Pie Jesu on television show Morning with Richard and Judy.As a 12-year-old she sang for Pope John Paul II. The couple had a small 40-minute ceremony, with close friends and family, although there were seven security guards outside. Fr Christopher Delaney, who conducted the christening, called it a "really lovely service". In the same week it was also announced that singer Myleene Klass, whose baby Ava was born three weeks before Church's daughter, will also have her child baptised into the Church.
