THREE Catholic priests have been released unharmed by Sudanese guerrillas after being snatched during a raid on the oil town of Beniiu last month. Fr John Ashworth. an English Mill Hill Missionary. Fr Peter Curtin Major. an American. and Fr Zakaria Chatin, a diocesan priest, were set free last Friday, and have made their way th Khartoum. A British representative of the Mill Hill Missionaries has flown out to meet them.
