New Chairman for the 'Sword'

Sir John Whyatt, 58, was elected Chairman of the Sword of the Spirit at their annual meeting on Wednesday at llinsley House, London, Sir John, the Judge of the Chief Court of the Persian Gulf, is now resident in the U.K. after an extensive tour of duty in Hong Kong. Sydney, Delhi and Kenya.
Archbishop Heenan, who accepted the presidency of the Sword of the Spirit the day before he left for the Vatican Council, sent a message in which he said he was very happy to follow his predecessors. Regional Committees to deal with the specific problems of Asia and Latin America. and a quarterly news bulletin, are being planned.
