Mgr. Thomas Quinlan, former prisoner of the North Korean Communists. has moved into the Apostolic Delegation in Seoul—the house occupied by his captors.
Returning to Korea recently as Regent of the Delegation, Mgr. Quinlan stayed with the Columban Fathers until the house was ready for occupation. Officials and diplomats greeted him at a reception given by Bishop Ro, Vicar Apostolic of Seoul.
