Lefebvre view

Archbishop Nlarcel Lefebvre, the leader of the Tridentinists, whose case is still being investigated by Cardinal Seper, the Prefect of the Sacred Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, has been speculating about a possible reconciliation with the Vatican.
In a newspaper interview in New lurk he seems to be retaining a hardline stance and hoping that the Pope will accommodate not only the Tridentine rite but also the traditionalist view of Vatican II. He is still suspicious of the Curia and hopes the Pope will intervene on his behalf.
