Covenanting couple

THE "better together" partnership of Archbishop Derek Worlock of Liverpool and his Anglican counterpart, Dr David Sheppard will be undertaking a hectic schedule during the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity which occurs on January 18-25.
January 18 will see the Liverpool duo taking part in a covenanting service — a pledge of mutual regard and support between denominations — at Broadmead Baptist Church, Bristol. The next day Archbishop Worlock and Bishop Sheppard will be back in their own city doing the same at All Saint's Church in Anfield.
