CARDINAL WILL CONSECRATE NEW EMPIRE BISHOP
On Sunday, June 20, Cardinal Griffin will consecrate the new Bishop, Vicar Apostolic of Kisumu, Kenya Colony. British East Africa, Mgr. Frederick Hall. Assisting Bishops will be Mgr. Parker, Bishop of Northampton,, and Mgr. Ellis. Bishop of Nottingham. The consecration will take place at St. Joseph's College, Mill Hill.
