The New Bishops' Consecrations

MGR. MASTERSON Cardinal Griffin, Archbishop of Westminster, native of Birmingham, returns to that city to consecrate the Archbishop Designate of Birmingham, Joseph Masterson, on Wednesday, March 19, the Feast
of Si. Joseph. The consecration will be held at St. Chad's Cathedral, the co-consecrators being Mgr. Marshall, Bishop of Salford, and Bishop Bright, Vicar Capitular and Auxiliary of Birmingham.
MGR. PETIT
The consecration of the Rev. John Petit as Bishop of Menevia will take place at Llandudno on Tuesday, March 25, in the church of Our Lady Star of the Sea, instead of at the Cathedral Church of Our Lady of Dolours, Wrexham, on account of difficulties of accommodation. The consecrating Bishops will be Archbishop Godfrey, Apostolic Delegate, assisted by Mgr. Ellis, Bishop of Nottingham,
