POLISH rectors from Poznan (Father Krysinski and Father Drygas) have died in the German concentration
camp at Oranienburg recently. The bodies of the two priests were cremated and the urn containing their ashes sent to their families so as to further offend Elicit Catholic susceptibilities.
Father Sajna, the Dean of Gora Kalwari, near Warsaw, has been shot.
According to the latest reports from the Apostolic See about 700 priests, under German occupation in Poland, have been shot at the concentration camps at Oranienburg, Dachau, Oswiecim and Buchwald. The districts of Lublin, Siedice, Pelpin, Wlocawek, Plock, are entirely without a Polish Bishop At this moment it is estimated that 3,000 priests are in concentration camps. Bishop Dymek of Poet= is under arrest in his own home.
