On the third day of the meeting of the Dutch Catholic Workers' Movement in Hilversum, a resolution was passed stating that annexation of German territory is justified, as no reasonable compensation can be obtained by other means. Mass exploitation of Germans in the annexed area, however, would be contrary to Christian teaching.
