NEW PARISH PRIEST Mgr. Henshaw's Secretary

The Rev. T. Leo Parker, M.A., secretary to Mgr. T. Henshaw, Bishop of Salford, has been appointed parish priest of St. Thomas of Canterbury's Church, Higher Broughton, Salford, in succession to the late Rev. W. Wookey.
Secretary to Two Bishops Educated at St. Bede's College, Manchester, Ushaw College, Durham, and Durham University, where he took his M.A. degree, Fr. Parker has held the position of secretary to the successive Bishops of Salford, the late Mgr. L. C.asartelli, and Mgr. T. Henshaw, since his ordination in 1915.
Fr. Parker has been editor of the Salford Diodesan Almanac for twenty-one years, and is also the joint translator of A Manual of Modern Scholastic Philosophy, by Cardinal Mercier and others.
Diocesan Chancellor He has held the position of Diocesan Chancellor since 1932, and is also one of the Diocesan Trustees, a member of the Cemetery Board, and secretary of the Boundaries Board.
New Bishop's Secretary The position of secretary to Mgr. T. Henshaw has been filled by the Rev. T. Duggan, Ph.D., M.A,, of St. Bede's College, Manchester,
