The Holy Father has appointed Mgr. Sergio Pignedoli, secretary general of the Central Committee for the Holy Year, titular Archbishop of Iconius and Papal Nuncio to Bolivia.
He succeeds Archbishop Buizio, who recently went to Cuba.
