LITURGICAL WEEK END Fr. Martindale will Lecture with Fr.

McElligott
Father C. C. Martindale, S.J., and Dom Bernard McElligott, 0.S.B., are teaming together for the first time on Saturday, February 18, to give a week-end course on the Liturgy and the People. The course is to take place at the Convent of the Sacred Heart, 212, Hammersmith Road, W.6.
Fr. McElligott has just returned from Liverpool; he has been giving a Liturgical Mission for the Seel Street parish, which is run by Ampleforth Benedictines.
Fr. MeElligott is himself an Ampleforth monk. For many years he was choirmaster at Ampleforth where he was educated.
The week-end (Febuary 18 -19) m ill consist of six conferences, four of which will be given by Fr. Martindale and two by Fr. MeElligott.
Miss Dorothy Howell, energetic secretary of the Society of St. Gregory, under whose auspices the week-end is being held, has succeeded in reducing costs to a minimum. Five shillings per head, which will include tea and supper on the two days, will, it is hoped, cover expenses.
