The Archbishop of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Cardinal Cintra, has stated that he is not dissatisfied with the new Constitution of Brazil. The Catholic principles regarding the family, teaching, and the social rights of the Church are all recognised; and divorce is not allowed.
