Handicapped Liturgy

DO you know of the work of the Pastoral Office for Handicapped People? It is for the diocese of Westminster, and is run from St Joseph's Centre, The Burroughs, Hendon, London NW4, telephone 01-202-3999.
Through the courtesy of Fr David Wilson of the Pastoral Office, I have a copy of St Joseph's Mass Book, which is specially designed for the older mentally handicapped person who likes to have a "Prayer Book" at Mass.
The print is large, the key texts of the liturgy are there, and the photos by Carlos Reyes are superb. The book is by Sister Stephanie Clifford, and is published by Collins Liturgical Publications, 8 Grafton St, London WI, price 95p.
As our picture (below) shows, children galore turned up at the opening day of the new Grace Dieu Manor Junior School, Grace Dieu, Coalville, Leicester. Also included in our picture are Fr Hurdidge, Head of Ratcliffe College, Fr Gervase Duffy, headmaster, and staff .members Mrs J Dun ford, Miss S Whatwall and Mrs J Prior.
