It is now learnt that the consecration of Mgr. Parker to the Sec of Northampton is to take place at 1030 on February 11, Feast of Our Lady of Lourdes, at the Northampton Cathedral Church, The Apostolic Delegate, 'Archbishop Godfrey, will be the consecrating prelate, assisted by Archbishop Amigo; of Southwark. and Bishop McNulty, of Nottingham. Mgr. Marshall, Bishop of Salford, will also be present.
