Wheel-chair athlete wins

One of the five Catholic cornpetitors representing Ireland in the Rome "Wheelchair Olympics" which ended on Sunday won two gold medals-in swimming and archery events. She is Mrs. Joan Horan, of Dublin, who, like all the contestants, is partly paralysed from the waist down. Pope John received over 400 of the paraplegics from 24 countries on Sunday.
