The Pope has appointed Mgr. Aldo Desmarais, titular Bishop of Ruspe, to the recently created bishopric of Amos, in Canada.
Mgr. Joseph Charbonneau, VicarGeneral of Ottawa, has been appointed Bishop of the new diocese of Hearst.
