On Friday, November 12, Solemn Requiem Mass for the repose of the souls of all Catholic members of the Metropolitan and City of London Police Forces who died in the two great wars will he celebrated in Westminster Cathedral at 11.30 airs Members attending should assemble in the Cathedral grounds at 10.30 a.m. and 11 am. preceded by the Metropolitan Police Central Band will march to the west door of the Cathedral. Cardinal Griffin will take the salute.
Sir Harold Scott. Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis and Sir Hugh Turnbull, Commissioner for the City of London, will attend the Service, and Sir Harold Scott will take the salute at the march past after the service.
