Mr Thomas Clarke. of United World College. Pasir Panjang, Singapore, late of Stockport Road, Ashton under Lyne, Lancashire, who died in June, left £41,985 gross. £39,720 net. He left £3,000 to personal legatees, and the residue to the Boys town orphanage, Singapore, or such other Catholic orphanage as his trustee shall decide after consultation with the Bishop of MalaccaSingapore diocese.
Mr Gerald Vincent MacGillycuddy, of Wyecliff Road, Handsworth, Birmingham, lecturer, who died in August, left £40,184 gross, £39,688 net. He left £10,000 to St Francis Catholic Church, Hansworth, in memory of Mgr James O'Hanlon, and £150 to the Secular Clergy Fund, Birmingham, for Masses.
Mrs Jane Dwyer, of Mossdale Drive, Rainhill, Merseyside, who died in August, left £30,645 gross. £30,396 net. She left £11,150 and effects to personal legatees, £1,000 each to the Church of St Puis, Sefton Avenue, Farnworth, Widnes, and the priests Training Fund, Liverpool; £500 each to St Bartholomew's Church. Rainhill, for the general purposes of the school, and the Catholic Blind Institute Centre for Adult Blind, Liverpool. She also left £250 each to St Vincent's Hospice For the Dying, Liverpool; Nazareth House, Ditton, Widnes; the Spastics Society; the Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalous Society; the Little Sisters of the Poor, St Joseph's House, Liverpool; Providence Hospital, St Helens, and the -remainder of her property to the Monastery of Poor Claret, Green Lane, Liverpool.
