Scots-born Cardinal William Heard has returned to his apartment in the English College, Rome, following a week in hospital with lumbago.
Westminster Catholic Evidence Guild have elected: Master, Mr. John Norden; secretary, Miss Cecily Hastings; treasurer, Dr. Barna.
The International Catholic Radio and Television Association will meet in Monaco February 511 with delegates from Europe, the U.S.A., South America and Canada. Awards will be made on February 10 by Prince Ranier and Princess Grace of Monaco.
More than 600 marriages have taken place over the past 13 years as a result of contact with the Catholic Introductions Bureau. The Bureau, dedicated to the Holy Family, has the approval of the Hierarchy.
The Catholic Radio and TV Guild has arranged a Requiem Mass for the late Gilbert Harding on February 13 at St. Charles Borromeo's church, Ogle Street, London. W.1 (6.45 p.m.). The celebrant will probably be Fr. Agnellus Andrew, O.F.M.
