It is reported from Moscow that an international congress of atheists will be held in Moscow in 1942 under the presidency of Stalin, the Russian dictator.
It is expected that more than 2,000 foreign delegates will be present.
The Central Committee of the atheist movement in Russia has placed a sum of 100,000 roubles at the disposal of needy foreign freethinkers.
