DR DONALD COGGAN, the Archbishop of Canterbury, intends to undertake an "ecumenical journey" in the spring.
He will visit the Pope in Rome in April and will then see the Ecumenical Patriarch in Istanbul and officials of the World Council of Churches in Geneva. It is expected that he will discuss the ordination of women with Pope Paul.
