Cardinal's country house for priests

Cardinal Griffin has placed Hare Street House. Buntingford, Herts, at the disposal of the priests of the Westminster diocese. It will be used as a house for further study or retreats.
The house was the home of Mgr. Hugh Benson, who left it to the diocese as a country home for the Archbishop.
Canon John Mackenzie, for 18 years professor at St. Edmund's College, Ware, has been appointed priest-in-charge.
