Cardinal Heenan has appointed Mgr. David Norris as VicarGeneral of the Westminster Archdiocese.
Mgr. Norris was formerly one of the cardinal's secretaries at Archbishop's House.
He will continue to work there. but is to live at the Convent of Perpetual Adoration in Horseferry Road, London S.W.1.
