Close to Church's clear mission

From Fr Timothy Buckley Sir, Thank you for publishing my letter in the edition of March 8. There was just one copy error. In my second sentence I had written: "As a young man the Church's mission seemed very clear to me." To have changed the word "clear" to "close" does rather change the meaning. I would like to assure your readers that the Church's mission is as close to me today as ever it was. Indeed as a Redemptorist priest it means everything to me: it is the saving presence of God in a broken world.
