MEDICAL STUDENTS' ANNUAL CONFERENCE

THE second annual Conference for Catholic Medical Students from the five northern medical schools of Durham, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester and Sheffield, will be held in Manchester March 29 to 31.
Theme of the conference, organised by Fr. Benjamin Winterborn, S.J., Catholic chaplain at Manchester University, will be "DoctorPatient Relationship".
More than 80 students and 12 doctors are expected to attend the conference, which will be held in Manchester's Allen Hall.
Speakers will include Dr. R. Webster, Divisional Medical Officer for Lancashire; Dr. P. Tweedy, Consultant Geriatrician to Stockport and Buxton Hospitals; Dr. J.
Ryan, of London, a well-known consultant obstetrician; Fr. J. Dolan, S.J., professor of moral theology at Heythrop College; and Fr. (i. Croft, S.J., professor of experimental psychology at Heythroes
The opening address will be given by Dr. Webster, who will speak on "A Catholic Doctor's Obligations in Medical Practice".
