SPEED UP FOR THE V-WEEK

THE turn of the year will see the various societies, organisations and individual members of the Hexham and Newcastle diocese getting down to earth to discuss the details of the great Religious Vocation Exhibition which is to be held in Newcastle in May.
The site has already been decided upon —Newcastle Town Moor, Exhibition Park.
The cost will be about £8,000 and workers of almost every kind will be required from time to time and during the actual Vocation Week.
Stewards, nightwatchmen, car park attendants, and all that host of men and women who are necessary to erect the stalls and marquees and for the projection of films and NO on, will soon be receiving their preliminary call to action.
