In its foreign news service to various countries Moscow Radio last Friday attacked THE CATHOLIC ['FRAIL) and the Catholic Times, the latter for printing an article on " War with Soviet Russia " (the article by a well-known Catholic writer under tin pseudonym of
" Penguin " was written to prevent war with Russia). Moscow Radio speaks rather more soberly of THE CATHOLIC HERALD, being " very anxious about safeguarding peace, but stating that peace cannot last long because of Soviet Russia."
