Mgr. Louis Martinez has been appointed Archbishop of Mexico City in succession to Mgr. Pascual Diaz, who died last May.
The new Archbishop has been the coadjutor of Delegate Apostolic of Mexico who was exiled from Mexico in 1932. He himself was welled from Mexico in 1933.
