Psychiatry will be the theme of the annual Catholic Nurses' Guild conference to be held in Cardiff. October 20-22. Two of the most em i nen t consultant psych iatrists in Wales, Dr. J. P. Spillane, of Whitchurch Hospital, Cardiff, and Dr. T. Riordan of Cern Coed Hospital, Swansea, will speak to nurses from all over England and Wales.
A reception by the Lord Mayor of Cardiff will be followed by a concert, and the official dinner will be preceded by evening Mass. This is the first time the conference is being held in Wales.
