The scroll granting the Honorary Freedom of the City of

Cardiff to the late Alderman F. H. Turnbull, which he did not live to receive, and which the actual Lord Mayor had caused to be recovered from the grave before closure, will be framed and presented to Miss A. Beatrice Turnbull, who was Lady Mayoress in 1921-2, the year of Alderman Turnbull's mayoralty in Cardiff.
