Richmond Civil Rights festival

A' ecumenical service in the grounds of St. Mary's College, Strawberry Hill, Twickenham, on Sunday at 11.30 a.m. will open a Festival of the Arts to celebrate the Richmond Campaign for Human Rights Year, which will last until Saturday.
Taking part will be the Anglican Bishop of Kensington, Dr. Goodchilde; Archbishop Roberts, Bishop Casey and Canon Francis Davys, of St.
Elizabeth's, Richmond.
Representatives of t h Orthodox, Jewish and Free Churches will also be present. Show people expected include Mr. and Mrs. Jack Hawkins and Mr. and Mrs. Richard Attenborough.
Rabbi Friedlander of
Wembley. who marched in America with Martin Luther King will be one of the speakers at the opening ceremony, and Richard Attenborough will read Dr. King's
famous speech with the refrain "I have a dream."
The first day of the festival will include a children's art exhibition. a display of Judo and Okido in the college gymnasium and a performance of "Othello" by members of St. Mary's Student Teachers, produced by Mr. R. Lane, which will be repeated on Monday at 2.30 and 7.30 p.m.
Each day except Wednesday there will be performances of "The Bacchae" of Euripides and "The Three Cuckolds" — Comedia d'el Arte, produced by F. E. de p. Worsfield.
