A prayer's alteration
Some time ago I read in your paper that the Pope had ordered that certain expressions should be omitted from the " Act of Consecration to the Sacred Heart of Jesus " as these expressions might give offence to Jews and other non-Catholics. But I have since heard the prayer recited still with the same expressions.

If the prayer is still being used in its old form in some churches. this is presumably due to an oversight on the part of some parish priests.
