Bishop David Hickey. Si., of Belize, has resigned owing to illhealth. Bishop Hickey, who is 75, was consecrated Titular Bishop of Bonitza and Vicar Apostolic of Honduras in 1948 and installed as first Bishop of Belize in November last year, Fr. Marvin O'Connor has been appointed Administrator Apostolic in the diocese.
