Mgr. Barton Brown Retires The Very Rev. Mgr. H. Barton

Brown, who has been rector of Our Lady and St Joseph, Hanwell, Sul= 1926, but has been away from the parish for some time past for reasons of health, has resigned his position. He has accepted the chaplaincy of a convent at Sudbury Hill, Harrow.
The blood of St. Januarius, preserved in Naples, was found to have already liquified when the exposition took place prior to the customary veneration this year.
