POPE'S CORONATION RECORDED
An American firm has issued in the United States a series of three gramophone records of the election and coronation of the Pope.
The first is an account of the Pope's election, ending with the benediction, Urbi et Orbi. The second contains some parts of the Holy Mass of Pontifical Coronation. including the sound of the trumpets at the Consecration.
The third is of the Coronation itself, and records the voice of Pius XII speaking from the height of the loggia of St, Peter's.
