Two Spanish priests will be at St. David's Cathedral, Cardiff, for about a fortnight during this month, for the benefit of Spanish and Portuguese Catholics in Cardiff.

blated his birthday last week. He has been described as the " grand old man" of public administration in the town, for he was a member of the Cadoxton I.ocal Board 49 years ago. He still takes an interest in public and social affairs.
He is a well-known Catholic and a prominent member of St. Helen's church, Barry, Glam.
The Archbishop of Cardiff's engagements: Sunday, July 14, visitation and confirmation at St. David's, Maesglas, Newport; Sunday, July 21, visitation and confirmation at St. Anthony of Padua and St. Clare's, Pontymister, Risea, Newport; Monday, July 22, attends " Grand Week " at Ushaw; Thursday, July 25, attends garden party at Buckingham Palace, Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament will take place at St. Mary's, Monmouth, on Sunday and at St. Ethelbert's, Leominster, Herefordshire, the following Sunday.
The K.S.C. Cardiff Council St. Illtyd's Autumn Fayre Committee held a jumble sale in St. David's Cathedral Hall, Cardiff, on Saturday last which realised £9 towards the fayre.
Mr. Ralph Edward Lewis, a student of the University of South Wales and Monmouthshire, Cardiff, and an old pupil of St. Illtyd's College, Cardiff, has obtained the B.A. degree of the University of Wales.
Mr. Lewis, who is 19 years old and resides at 69, Tydraw Road. Cardiff, is the son of Mrs. A. B. Lewis and the late Mr. F. C. Lewis. He is a member of St. Peter's parish, Cardiff.
Two Spanish priests will be at St. David's Cathedral, Cardiff, during this month for about a fortnight for the benefit of Spanish and Portuguese Catholics and any Spanish-speaking people residing in Cardiff.
