Southwark.-Bishop Cowderoy has ordained to the priesthood . On Corpus Christi. at the Church of the Assumption. Englefield Green. the Rev. Christopher Hierons, F.S.C.J.: Sunday, at the Church of Our Lady of Seven Dolours, Peckham. Fr. Aloyius of Doncaster, O.F.M. Cap.
Brentwood.-At the Cathedral. Brentwood, on May 30, Bishop Beck ordained to the priesthood the Rev. Andrew Dorricon.
Portsmouth.-At the Church of St. Agatha. Kingston-on-Thames, on the Feast of Corpus Christi, Bishop King ordained to the priesthood the Rev. Peter Wilkie, a student of St. Edmund's College, Ware.
Travelling Missions
Southwark.-The Mission will this week visit: (1) Sidlesham and Westbourne in the parish of Chichester. Mass will be said on Sunday at Keycroft Farm at 8.30 a.m., and at Deep Springs, Westhourne. at 10 am. (2) Matfield in the parish of Tunbridge Wells and Marden in the parish of Goudhurst. Mass will be said on Sunday at the Village Hall. Matfield, at 8 a.m., and at South Lodge, Marden, at 10 a.m.
Shrewsbury.-Mass will be said on Sunday at the Village Hall, Waters Upton. gt 9 a.m., and at Child's Ercall, Salop, at 10.30 am. Next week the Mission will visit in the parishes of Ludlow and Plowden.
Menevia.-This week-end the Mission will visit the parish of Caernarvon. Mass will be said at Waen Fawr. Next weekend, parish of Machvnileth. Mass will be said at Commins Coch.
Nottingham.-The Mission will this week visit Stickney, New Bolingbroke, Marcham lc Fen, Reyesby. Mass will be said at The Hollies, Stickney, at 8 a.m., at the George, Alford. at 10 a.m., and at a place to be announced locally at 11.30 a.m.
Northampton.-Mass will be said on Sunday at the Village Hall, Hyde Heath, Bucks. at 9 a.m. Summer campaign : Mass will be said on Sunday at 8.30 a.m.. evening service, 6.30 p.m. in the Wilson Mather Mobile Chapel. Tovse Lane. Burwell, Cambridgeshire. Next week : The mobile chapel will he at the Paper Mills, Wansford, Northamptonshire. Wednesday. June 17, to Saturday. Mass will be said at 7 a.m.. evening service at 7.30 p.m. Sunday, June 21 : Mass will be said at 9 a.m.; evening service at 6.30 p.m.
Brentwood.-Mass will he said on Sunday in the Spinney Cafe, Danbury, at 8.15 a.m. Next week the Mission will visit Mavland and Tillingham.
