Hands of Compassion is 10 years old
29 January 2010

A school in Zambia set up by the Hands of Compassion charity
Hands of Compassion Charitable Foundation, the Kent-based Christian charity, will mark its 10th anniversary in March by launching its most ambitious project yet.
The Hands of Compassion community school in Zambia, founded and supported by the charity, is
already educating 550 orphaned and vulnerable children.
On March 26 the 10th anniversary appeal, aimed at extending the school, will be launched at the Zambian High Commission in London, with the charity's patron Dr Brian Castle, Bishop of Tonbridge,
together with Professor Royston Mukwena, High Commissioner for Zambia, and Dean Samuel Zulu of Ndola Cathedral.
