Mgr. Torpigliani, former Counsellor at the Apostolic Delegation in London, is to be consecrated bishop in the church of San Eugenio, Rome, prior to his departure as Papal Nuncio to Guatemala. His successor in London is Mgr. Mario Carlomagno, formerly Counsellor at the Bern Nunciature.
