College sets up credit union

ST BENEDICT'S Catholic College in Colchester, Essex, has announced that it will set up a credit union to reduce the burden placed on children and their families as a result of expensive school trips.

Through the St Benedict's branch of Colchester Credit Union regular adult savers should be able to borrow half of the cost of trips such as those to Europe and Disneyland.
