BOTH the Oxford and Cambridge Unions have invited Norman St. John Stevas for endof-session debates on Catholicism, " Peterborough " reports in the " Daily Telegraph ".
In Oxford. the motion will be that " In the opinion of this House the Roman Catholic Church is a bar to intellectual progress". The Cambridge Union will be asked to decide if "All roads lead to Rome ".
