Civic players in Leeds and Bradford are finding such meagre support from the public that the future of the movement in both cities is threatened.

Leeds Players are striving to carry on for another season.

Bradford Players announce that three productions remain before Christmas. "1/ at these productions the Playhouse does not receive greatly increased support it will 4now that it has outstayed its welcome.
