Seventy thousand Jocists will hold a rally in unoccupied France next month to celebrate the fifteenth birthday or the Movement, and 700 preparatory meetings have been held during March. The Movement, which has been strong in the industrial areas of the North, has now spread to the South and also to North Africa, where from 140 branches in 1939 it has now grown to 200.
